The property is in a great location to the Eiffel tower! It’s a 5 minute walk if that. There are cafes right next door to the hotel, and a subway and a small grocery store about 2 minutes walk away. The hop on/hop off bus stop is right outside the Eiffel tower so the hotel is in a handy location for sight seeing on the hop on/hope off and you don’t have a long walk home after a big day :) Check-in was quick and simple and Jean -Claude on the front desk was amazing. He is so friendly and helpful and loved a good chat with us. He made our stay so memorable. Our room was a great size. Perfect for the 3 of us- had a double bed and pull out sofa bed with one bathroom. We were on the ground floor in the little courtyard. My only comment would be the room was indeed of upgrade, the carpet definitely needed replacing as it was lifting and rolling in some parts and the room did show signs of wear. Everything was in working order and the heater was amazing! Breakfast was good. Simple but had all the usual hot and cold dishes (cheeses/meats/yoghurts/juice/coffee/tea/eggs/sausages/bread etc). Overall, a small spread, but absolutely perfect for filling your tummy before heading out for the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and a massive thanks to Jean-Claud again for being so friendly and helpful, he truly is an asset to Hotel Seine!

Position is absolutely excellent for all RATP services. Metro and RER (latter is the line to Versailles) immediately opposite hotel and bus line 30 about 50m. Eiffel tower about 550m, so can go and watch 'sparkles' when dark easily from bir-harkeim bridge.. There is a Franprix food and wine store open about 12 hours a day 150m down the road and a pharmacy even closer. Next door is a 'Subway' food outlet and 3 restaurants. Plus a bureau de change near the bus stop. Other restaurants in easy walking distance. Oh, they have a cat, lilly' that sits on all the furniture in the foyer. Lovely cat but not if you are allergic to them so be warned. Buffet breakfast for 14 euros (cheaper if pre-booked) tea/ coffee/ fruit juice (option to fresh orange by squeezing fruit) crepes by automated machine. Bacon, scrambled eggs, frankfurters. Various breads for toast, small crossiants and similar. Sliced meats, camerbert, kiri and baybel cheese. Yoghurt, individual pots, bowl fresh chopped fruit and whole fruit options. Dining room under CCTV so dont thnk you can make a free 'lunch pack' at their expense! Big bed, bijou room but ok, good bathroom facilties which look fairly new and modern colours.

It was very close to the Rigel tower and was central to everything we did in Paris (Versailles, Disney, catacombs, arc, etc.) It is literally across the street from both the Bir Hakeim Metro stop (line 6) and the Champs de Mars (Eiffel) RER C stop. It was clean, and the staff were helpful.

David

Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bathroom was modern with a nice size shower. Great location close to restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery store. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Big Bus tour pick up location.

Cynthia

Great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the river. Hotel lobby was really nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was really good. All staff were excellent.
